Return Process

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
